These recollections of Crawford’s life in the West from 1881 to 1920 were dictated when he was past seventy years old, not long before his death in 1941. Here is an amazing record of the activities of the outlaw gangs of his time and provide much new material about the Jackson Hole and Hole in the Wall outlaws. His account preserves much lore and perhaps adds to the legends of the Old West.
