Condition; good, minor shelf wear on soft cover

At the age of 12, Roland Warnock was a working cowboy on the huge Guadalupe Ranch in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas. He took part in trail drives, fought Mexican banditos and saw his father killed on the streets of Mission. From there he moved on near San Angelo, Texas, before getting a place of his own at Fort Stockton in 1919. These are his stories of the last days of the Texas frontier. Texas Cowboy is the old west the way it really was from a man who lived it.
