Roman Nose 10” x 16.5”

The well-known Cheyenne warrior Roman Nose, in battle with a U.S. Cavalry Sergeant charging a mountain Howitzer. Roman Nose is wearing his famous single-horned war bonnet and painted as his spiritual leader directed. His weapon is a crooked society lance.

Painted on copied original 1910 ledger paper, varnished for protection. To clean simply use a feather duster or soft rag, do not use any liquid.

Framed in shadow box style black molding.
