Capote ~ Tailored, Powder Blue Wool Blanket

Beautifully tailored powder blue wool  3 1/2 point blanket capote. Hand sewn with artificial sinew, blue cotton trim and red trade cloth with white beads. Period style collar, hooded and hand made buttons and button holes.

Arm length 26″; chest 42″; approximate neck opening 17″; overall length 45″

All our capotes have been extensively used both as artist props and in movies Centennial and The Mountain Men where Jerry served as technical advisor in both films. Judy made Charlton Heston’s green Hudson’s Bay capote for the movie The Mountain Men.
