Shipping Charges
U.S. CUSTOMERS:
Your order will be shipped either by UPS Ground service or through the
United States Postal Service via Priority Mail Service. We will choose
the method of service based on the weight of the package. Most orders
weighing under 4 lbs will be shipped through the USPS, over 4 lbs. via
UPS; however, we reserve the option to select the best way to ship. The
best way is determined based on cost to ship and expected shipping time.
Since we use a real time shipping cost system, what the "best way" is
can be different for each and every customer. What the computer
determines as the shipping method does not mean your order will
necessarily ship that way. We do manually review each order to verify
that the shipping method, and its associated cost as selected by the
computer software is the best for your order. Thus, if you have a
specific shipping method request, please be sure to include that in the
checkout comments, otherwise we are at liberty to change the shipping as
appropriate.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
All international packages, are shipped via the United States Postal
Service with either Air Mail 1st Class or International
Priority Air Mail service. Note: there is no surface or book option
available, this was discontinued by the post office several years ago.
Any order weighing more than 4 lbs. (most book orders) must be shipped
via International Priority Air Mail.
To
get an estimate, just add the items you are interested in purchasing
into the shopping cart. Then click on ‘Calculate total order amount’
located below the list of items you added to the shopping cart. The
screen will then add a hyperlink ‘shipping outside the
U.S.?’ Click on this hyperlink and select your country. After hitting
the ‘Update’ button the shipping fee will be added and your total order
amount will be shown.
If two or more items are purchased, due to the limitations of shopping
cart software, the computer often estimates the shipping fee too high.
When your order is packed, the shipping cost will be checked and revised
if necessary. We do manually review each order to verify that the
shipping method, and its associated cost as selected by the computer
software is the best for your order. If you pay with a credit card using
the Blue Button on the left, it will be corrected before we actually
charge your card. If your order was purchased through the PayPal
shopping, we will refund the overage usually within 3 to 5 business days.

customers, a word about shipping costs:
These days we
realize every penny counts. We want you to know we are working very hard
to keep all costs down and affordable. If you wish for us to figure your
actual order total and shipping fees, please email us with your order
items and shipping address. We will prepare an invoice for you and pdf
it to you for payment. At that time you will have the option to pay
either with PayPal or by credit card or with a personal check in
U.S.
funds. If paying with a check, please note, we will not ship your order
until your check clears the banks.
