The new wheel and tire has been scaled exactly to the original D-9 tire in the Eagle Editions Collection. The nut attachment pattern and spacing, along with the valve stem are created in jewel-like precision and, for the first time, the raised tread pattern has been faithfully reproduced. Even though there are still problems with the overall length of the landing gear, this set of correct, larger main wheels will help bring back the correct stance.
