EagleParts EP#44-32 Fw 190 D-9 Tail Wheel Assembly The tail wheel of Hasegawa's Fw 190 D-9 kit is not very detailed, and includes the tire and yoke molded together as one piece. This EagleParts set is designed to replace the tail wheel provided in the Hasegawa 1/32 Fw 190D-9 kit. This set includes an insert that details the wheel well interior, separate strut, drag link, yoke, and a correct tire. It should be noted that many Fw 190 D-9s featured a smooth-tread, balloon tire, with fine mold-break lines that are visible radiating out from the hub, in a similar fashion to the main tires. This is also the proper tire for the D-11 and D-13. Included on the yoke are the correct weld seams. This tire and yoke assembly have been faithfully duplicated from the originals in the personal collection of Jerry Crandall. Included in this kit: 4 pieces including yoke assembly, wheel and 2 fin inserts. Pictured below is the finished installed tail wheel:
